BCN Telecom, Inc. announces the completion of its redesigned Operations Center

Bedminster, New Jersey, October 16, 2009 - BCN Telecom, Inc. is please to announce the expansion and renovation of its Operations Center located in Boca Raton, Florida, have been completed. This expansion provides over 30% in additional new space and allows BCN to ensure its commitment to continued growth and quality of service to its clients and agents.

The operations center houses six essential parts of the BCN Telecom Team that include; order administration, order provisioning, repair, billing, carrier management and IT. Not only did this overhaul to the center allow for improved synergy among the Operations Team, but it also created a more proficient work environment to better support our clients and agents.

Along with this expansion BCN completely renovated its existing space, including new furniture, fixtures and equipment. This includes a newly renovated conference room and facilities which BCN encourages both its clients and agents to utilize while conducting business in the Boca Raton area.

In a challenging economy securing this series of lease requirements, expansions and upgrades is not an easy task. For this mission, the BCN Telecom executives called on the expertise of Jill Lache, President and CEO, of J. Andrea LLC, a commercial real estate project management firm. With the assistance of Lache, BCN Telecom was able to obtain all and more of its original workspace requirements and achieve its expansion goals. Moreover, the project was completed within the 5 month time period set by the executive team.
