BCN Telecom, Inc. Expands Wireless Data Backup Offering

BCN Telecom is pleased to announce the expansion of its Enterprise Wireless Data Backup Solution.

With BCN Telecom's Wireless Data Backup Solution, a customer's MPLS network can automatically fail over to a wireless connection point in the event of a local loop service outage. Customers can conduct typical business functions and not be entirely out of service during the interruption. This reliable alternative can be the primary backup and redundancy solution or act in concert with an additional IP based backup networks.

BCN's Wireless Data Backup product is for use as a failover connection. It is a flexible solution that can be rapidly deployed at the customer's location and provide a secure connection to the MPLS cloud. This backup is great for any customer location regardless of size ranging from headquarters all the way through to remote sites. The product is available nationwide and internationally. In the event of an emergency, the equipment deployed at the customer location has built in intelligence to automatically detect the outage and instantly link that site back to the MPLS cloud with no disruption for the customer. This is critical for BCN's government and enterprise level customers.
