Have you ever been told by a doctor "We'll take the test and call you if there are problems"? Not very comforting! GroveLine’s service strategy is to follow up with customers – even if there is no progress and its just it be known we are still working on it. In our minds – a trouble can be resolved but its not DONE until we call our client and they confirm the issue is successfully resolved.
